I'm sorry I missed the 40th Reunion, but I planned and paid for an Alaskan hunt before I received the first call fron Bill about the reunion. I do have some exciting bear stories to share at our next meeting. I have been able to spend some time on the great class website - almost like having been there. Thank you Scarlett for all the effort you have put into it. I hope we can all help keep it updated in the future. I recently had lunch at the Stone Mill Restaurant. It's a super place to eat with good food, rustic decor, and reasonable prices. Good choice for our next class party. I hope to see all of you there. Jim Howerton

I am grateful to all those who could attend the reunion. It really made a great weekend to be able to reconnect with alot of old friends. And a special thanks to those who put in so much of their time (and their spouses) to make it a huge success. The best of health to everyone till we meet again!

I had such a good time at the reunion.  I think everyone was very comfortable and could sense all the warmth.  I am so glad I was able to come and I can't wait until the next one.  I think this one was so positive that it will be easier to get everyone to come again.

Hopefully, the dates in the guest book are not an indication that folks have stopped checking the website - just that we're too "whatever" to send in new comments. The website is still wonderful, thanx Scarlett. I promise to get to work on those scrapbooks soon, but if there is anything you want out of them, let me know. Looking forward to the next gathering.

We are hoping to be in Oklahoma for Christmas, and if we are, we will be happy to go to the Christmas Party. I don't know -- we are working 7-12's and are really pretty beat, but are having a wonderful experience and time. Hope to be able to relate our experiences with everyone. (In regards to working Hurricane Katrina reconstruction along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.) Love you all, We really missed not being a part of the re-union. Mary & Jim Bud

Well I guess we all might have had a few extra lines, and pounds-HA-but you know what was amazing to me was I didn't meet anyone one that wasn't "fit" for serene days-seemed better for the Road each have Traveled--and open to friendship --having left egos to the past---I was most glad to be part of this class--for these reasons--Happy Trails---We still have a Future you know..Keep on....With Affection..Gary Dan (Danny) Davis

Thank you, Billy & crew, for planning a great event. The only problem noted was it seemed to pass too fast. Scarlett and workers, the wedsite is great. I look at it at least once a day. (where are the new pictures) Also I have had a lot of comments (all good) from other people in Haskell which have enjoyed the site.

What a great time. Thanx to everyone who made it happen! I did notice that a lot of folks there had changed so much they didn't even recognize me. Great photos of all the events....thank you Bill for letting Angie be in charge of the camera. To those who missed hope you can be there next time...but we went ahead and had a terrific time without you....sorry.

Thanks for all the help the Class Reunion Committee has received! Doyle, Janis, Mike x2, and I greatly appreciate it. I am looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible on the 24th of Sep 05. Of course a special thanks goes to Scarlett for putting together this beautiful, and functional, website. It will continue to foster communication within our class long after the 40th Reunion is over. For those who cannot attend, it will give you an idea of just how much fun we had.
